ACTIVE SHOOTER RESPONSE

Preparedness is essential in today's world. Our Active Shooter Response Training is designed for churches and civic organizations to equip members with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively during an active shooter. This comprehensive course combines practical, hands-on training with expert-led instruction, focusing on situational awareness, threat assessment, and emergency response protocols tailored to the unique environments of faith-based and community settings.

Participants will learn how to develop an action plan, implement lockdown procedures, and coordinate with local law enforcement. The course also covers critical decision-making skills under pressure, effective communication during emergencies, and basic first aid, including bleeding control techniques.

Our instructors bring experience from law enforcement and emergency response backgrounds, ensuring participants receive relevant and realistic training. The goal is to foster a proactive mindset and cultivate a culture of safety and preparedness, empowering your community to protect its members and act confidently in the face of crisis.

Situational Awareness and Threat Recognition: Develop skills to identify potential threats, recognize warning signs of violence, and enhance situational awareness to make informed, rapid decisions during an active shooter event.

Run, Hide, Fight Response Protocol: Learn how to assess the situation and determine whether to evacuate (Run), shelter in place (Hide), or confront the shooter (Fight) based on the immediate threat and environment.

Care Under Fire and Stop the Bleed: Learn life-saving medical interventions to provide care under fire, including bleeding control techniques using tourniquets, pressure dressings, and wound packing, following the "Stop the Bleed" principles to stabilize the injured until professional medical help arrives.

Emergency Action Planning and Communication: Understand how to create and implement emergency action plans, establish clear communication channels, and coordinate with law enforcement and first responders for an effective response and recovery.
